MDF Italia, a leading company in the design and production of designer furniture and furnishing accessories, has created a new exhibition space inside its headquarters. HDsurface has contributed with the new Argille collection to the project, creating a dynamic and enveloping space: thanks to its naturally material look and characterised by soft ripples, Argille defines and punctuates the space, framing the presentation.

HDsurface collaborated on the realisation of the new Milan showroom of leading bathroom furnishing brand Antoniolupi. The interior, designed by Calvi Brambilla and dominated by architectural arches, is subdivided into different interiors by means of walls that serve as backdrops for the display of the brand’s collections. Each wall is finished with a different HDsurface collection, from the vibrant, unfinished look of CementoWabi to the Alchimie – I Metalli collection in the Calamina finish, which bestows a strong personality on the interiors. On the floor, PerfectCombination provides a seamless link between the various areas.

A villa in the greenest surroundings, in a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors, made up of natural elements and tactile surfaces that become architectural features. In this project, architect Fulvia Bazoli archives a genuine, simple harmony, based on the choice of colours and materials. The interiors are dominated by PerfectCombination, which covers all the various rooms, from the living-room to the bathroom and kitchen, with its distinctive clouded effect. The product chosen for the outdoors was GeoOutdoors, a covering with outstanding mechanical resistance values.

The company’s philosophy, with its identifying concepts of lightness, balance, simplicity and innovation, found the ideal partner in PerfectCombination which, thanks to its composition, excelled in creating a minimal interior with a sophisticated language.

Originally a theatre in the centre of the city of Monza, this historic building was converted into a private home by Lissoni&Partners. A strikingly high loft in which the original features were integrated in a contemporary design project. The architectural effects are supported by materials that strongly characterise the project: walls and floors finished with the PerfectCombination collection, in shades of white, underline the interior’s pure, elegant mood.

Created to an inspiration of interior designer Jessica Belotti, the Manga fusion restaurant chose HDsurface for its floor and wall coverings. Three collections were used to define the personalities of the location’s interior of over 500 sqm. PerfectCombination, CoverHD and Alchimie – I Metalli dialogue with natural materials such as wood and stone to complete the restaurant’s highly refined experience, in an elegant, sophisticated setting.

HDsurface contributed to the realisation of this private villa near Riva del Garda, where PerfectCombination was used to cover the surfaces of the bathrooms and staircases and for the living-area floors. In this product, the naturalness of cement combined with the durability, elasticity and water resistance of resin enables the utmost design versatility for home interiors.

The penthouse designed by Victor Vasilev is located inside a disused factory transformed into a residential
complex. The project, which retains the space’s strong industrial character, is on four floors, in which the
PerfectCombination collection is the absolute protagonist: floors, walls, staircases and bathrooms feature
the clouded effect of this covering, which evokes the tactile intensity of cement with a minimal style.

With their very low coat thickness, HDsurface products are ideal for refurbishing surface looks. Coverings with low environmental impact, thanks to excellent performances they can be used both in the home and outdoors. Therefore, in this villa at Sulzano the architect chose to cover the indoor spaces with PerfectCombination, with its fine synergy of cement and resin, while for the outdoors he selected GeoOutdoor, a ready-to-use mortar resistant to foot and vehicle traffic.

The prestigious French fashion house founded by Kenzo Takada chose HDsurface materials for its stores on via Manzoni in Milan and Mayfair, London. The innovative HDsurface coverings feature on the floors and staircases of both stores, designed by art director Antonio Marras. Two large display spaces that reflect the brand’s sophisticated style, and where the materials play the central role in the design project.
