Innovative HDsurface cladding covers the spaces of a private villa in Doha, designed by architect Edoardo Altieri. Conceived as a “game of blocks” both, the villa is characterised by matter, the trait d’union of the project: the GeoTexture, CementoWabi and GeoOutdoor collections, chosen to cover all the vertical surfaces inside and outside the villa, create a visual and tactile continuity between the rooms, drawing a vibrant and enveloping atmosphere.

A villa in the greenest surroundings, in a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors, made up of natural elements and tactile surfaces that become architectural features. In this project, architect Fulvia Bazoli archives a genuine, simple harmony, based on the choice of colours and materials. The interiors are dominated by PerfectCombination, which covers all the various rooms, from the living-room to the bathroom and kitchen, with its distinctive clouded effect. The product chosen for the outdoors was GeoOutdoors, a covering with outstanding mechanical resistance values.

With their very low coat thickness, HDsurface products are ideal for refurbishing surface looks. Coverings with low environmental impact, thanks to excellent performances they can be used both in the home and outdoors. Therefore, in this villa at Sulzano the architect chose to cover the indoor spaces with PerfectCombination, with its fine synergy of cement and resin, while for the outdoors he selected GeoOutdoor, a ready-to-use mortar resistant to foot and vehicle traffic.

Hotel Schgaguler is a boutique hotel in Alpine style renovated by Milan firm Peter Pichler Architecture in a totally contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional mountain look. HDsurface was chosen to renew the surfaces of the hotel’s indoor and outdoor areas. The walls and floors of the 35 bedrooms and the bathrooms were finished with the PerfectCombination collection, which unites the naturalness of cement with the performances of resin. The interiors were separated with floor-to-ceiling panels finished with CementoWabi, a surface that emphasises the beauty of imperfection. The terraces of the rooms and of the hotel’s main lounge were covered with the GeoOutdoor collection.

PerfectCombination and GeoOutdoor were chosen for the project for this villa at Desenzano, designed by architect Peter Platner. The former, used to cover the living-area floors, evokes the tactile intensity of cement but with a minimalist style, while the latter, continuing the colour of the interiors, provides a characterful finish for the lake-view terrace with its distinctive texture.

Geometry is the key to freedom according to Attilio Terragni, the architect who in 2011 created the fit out of Interface HUB/Art, the multifunctional art hub in the southern area of Milan. Thanks to their highly tactile nature, the HDsurface products enabled the architect to give full expression to his design concept: PerfectCombination, CoverHD and GeoOutdoor, chosen for the building’s walls, floors and exterior, create a dialogue of materials that confers a structure, a voice and a character on the location.

HDsurface’s projects include the realisation of the poolside surfaces of the Wine Relais at Feudi del Pisciotto in south-east Sicily. An enchanted location created in an 18C country house, restored maintaining all the beauty of the original building. The pool area, overlooking the Niscemi valley with a breathtaking panorama of its vineyards, was realised with the GeoOutdoor collection, which combines ease of use with excellent mechanical resistance values, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
