HDsurface collaborated on the realisation of the new Milan showroom of leading bathroom furnishing brand Antoniolupi. The interior, designed by Calvi Brambilla and dominated by architectural arches, is subdivided into different interiors by means of walls that serve as backdrops for the display of the brand’s collections. Each wall is finished with a different HDsurface collection, from the vibrant, unfinished look of CementoWabi to the Alchimie – I Metalli collection in the Calamina finish, which bestows a strong personality on the interiors. On the floor, PerfectCombination provides a seamless link between the various areas.

ALCHIMIE bronzo ossidato – CementoWabi
HDsurface contributed to the realisation of Canapè Shop|Kitchen|Spirits, a multifunction concept store in Milan designed by the MargStudio architecture firm. The floors of the bistro and cocktail bar are finished with the Alchimie – I Metalli collection in Bronze finish, a surface created from micronized powdered metals, with stunning, glowing textures that define the interior’s personality. The CementoWabi collection, on the other hand, was used to cover the bar counter-showcase, conveying the versatility of the company’s products.

Created to an inspiration of interior designer Jessica Belotti, the Manga fusion restaurant chose HDsurface for its floor and wall coverings. Three collections were used to define the personalities of the location’s interior of over 500 sqm. PerfectCombination, CoverHD and Alchimie – I Metalli dialogue with natural materials such as wood and stone to complete the restaurant’s highly refined experience, in an elegant, sophisticated setting.

One of the latest HDsurface projects is the Shanji restaurant in Milan, which chose the PerfectCombination and ALCHIMIE collections to cover the location’s floors and counter respectively. The tactile intensity generated by the coming-together of resin and cement creates a surface with a clouded effect, with interplays of light and shadow but with a minimalist style to support a sophisticated mood. The counter which dominates the restaurant characterises the interior with a finish that reproduces the metal look of the Corten steel finish.

ALCHIMIE nero vulcano
The choice of wall coverings is central to the personality of the interiors of this private apartment thanks to the Alchimie – Stones surfaces, which give the rooms a natural look with earthy textures and colours. The expressive strength of Lava Rocks in the Volcano Black, Basalt Grey and Burnt Brown colours creates three-dimensional surfaces that project a unique character.
